Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Pretrators. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders placed at Pretrators. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.





1. Processing time



  • Order processing (time to pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment): 1–3 business days for most items.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items: 3–7 business days processing.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Business days = Monday–Friday (excluding public holidays).






2. Domestic shipping (India)



  • Standard Shipping (Economy): 3–7 business days after dispatch (transit times vary with location).
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after dispatch (where available).
  • Same-day / Next-day delivery: Available in limited locations and only when selected at checkout — subject to cutoff times and carrier availability.



Rates & Free Shipping


  • Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We may offer free standard shipping on orders above a specified cart value (promotions will be shown at checkout).






3. International shipping



  • Estimated transit: 7–21 business days after dispatch (varies by destination, customs, and local carriers).
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Customs, duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless explicitly stated. These charges are determined by the destination country and must be paid by the recipient to receive the shipment.






4. Carriers & tracking



  • We use reputable carriers such as India Post, Blue Dart, Delhivery, DHL, FedEx, and other local partners depending on destination and service.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and link. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear.






5. Multiple shipments



  • If your order contains multiple items that ship from different locations, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive tracking info for each package.






6. Shipping address, changes & failed deliveries



  • Please provide a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at pretrators@gmail.com. If your order has already shipped, we may be unable to change the delivery address.
  • If a carrier attempts delivery and cannot deliver (incorrect address, customer unavailable, refusal, etc.), the package may be returned to sender. You may be responsible for return shipping and re-shipment fees.






7. PO Boxes & APO/FPO



  • We can ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses for domestic shipments where carriers support it. Some couriers and international shipments may not deliver to PO Boxes.






8. Lost, delayed, or damaged packages



  • Damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please retain all packaging and email photos of the damaged item and packaging to pretrators@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will investigate and assist with a repair, replacement, or refund per our Refund Policy.
  • Lost or not delivered: If tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If still missing, contact us at pretrators@gmail.com within 30 calendar days of the expected delivery date so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
  • Claims require order number, tracking number, and any supporting photos or information. We’ll work with the carrier and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund according to the outcome of the investigation and our Refund Policy.






9. Returns & exchanges



  • Returns and exchanges are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy (link). Please review that policy for timelines and conditions. Note that return shipping costs may apply except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.






10. Restricted items & prohibited destinations



  • Some items may be restricted or prohibited for shipment to certain countries (e.g., due to local laws, carrier restrictions). If your order contains restricted items for your destination, we will notify you and may cancel the item(s) from the order.






11. Taxes, duties & customs



  • For international shipments, customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and taxes levied by the destination country. Customs processes can cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
