7-Day Return Window
You have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- unworn and unused
- in the same condition as received
- with original tags attached
- returned in the original packaging
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return
Email us at pretrators@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Do not send any items back without getting approval first — unauthorized returns may be refused.

Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a damaged item, defective product, or wrong order, PRETRATORS will cover the return shipping and provide a prepaid label.
- For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping the item safely back to us.
Damages & Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos at pretrators@gmail.com. We’ll resolve it quickly — either through replacement or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- custom/personalized pieces
- final sale items
- gift cards
- perishable or restricted items

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved:
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Banks or card providers may take additional time to process refunds.
