REFUND/RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

You can request a return if:

• The item is returned within 30 days of delivery.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• The item received is defective, damaged, or different from what was ordered.

Items that cannot be returned:

​

• Custom-made or personalized items.

• Gift cards.
   

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Email us at pretrators@gmail.com with the following details:

   • Order number

   • Reason for the return

   • Photos of the item (if applicable)

2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

Return Shipping:

​

• For Return shipping, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.

We accept exchanges for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. To qualify for an exchange:

​

• The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

Exchange Process:

​

1. Contact us at pretrators@gmail.com with your order details and exchange request.

2. Once the item is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement item.

Important Notes:

​

• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.

• For Return shipping, the full amount plus ₹100 (towards courier charges) will be refunded to your bank account.

Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:

• Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item.

• If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.​

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund within the specified timeframe, please check with your bank or payment provider. If the issue persists, contact us at pretrators@gmail.com for further assistance.

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing them. Once processed, orders cannot be canceled.
